Quorn & Onion Pie
Easy to make and very filling. You can replace the QUorn with 5% Lean Steak Mince if you wish to and this recipe makes ONE portion.

Ingredients
- 115 g Quorn Mince
- 2 Sheets Filo Pastry
- 1 Veg Stock Cube
- 120 g Frozen Peas
- 150 ml Gravy any type
- ¼ Brown Onion
- 2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Granules
- 30 ml Water
Instructions
- Finely chop your onion and make up your gravy as per gravy instructions. Nuke your peas for 2 minutes in a microwave in a bowl covered with clingfilm. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Add your onion, quorn mince, peas (drained), stock cube, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, garlic granules and plenty of pepper.
- Cook until the onions are softened, stirring regularly, then add your water and gravy. Stir through and simmer 2 mins gently.
- Spray 2 muffin tins with some spray oil. Cut each of your filo sheets in half. Take one half and FOLD in half. Then mould that into a muffing tin. Repeat with another half so you have 2 muffin tins like this picture.
- Now, the remaining half of each sheet, CUT in half again and lay half of it (basically a quarter of a whole sheet) into the muffin tin AS WELL, do this for each sheet and tin. NOW divide the Quorn mixture between the two.
- finally, the remaining filo, cut into small squares use to top your pies by scrunching the little squares on top of the Quorn mixture.
- Spray with some oil and pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes and BINGO!
